Destination Cosplay Runway

The cosplay contest portion is OPTIONAL, you are welcome to only sign up for the runway show to show off your amazing cosplays.

Cosplay Runway Rules:

• ANY cosplay is eligible to be a part of the runway even if it’s store bought/not handmade.
• All Ages are welcome to submit

Cosplay Contest Rules:

• All contestants will be judged on the quality of their cosplay as well as their stage presence – so submit your most amazing handmade cosplay, and be prepared to walk the Destination Cosplay Runway!
• ALL COSPLAY CONTESTANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER VIA THE APPLICATION BELOW. THERE IS NO ONSITE REGISTRATION DUE TO LIMITED TIME AND SPACE. 
• This contest is open to all ages and the judges will select a first place, second place and third place winner!
• The cosplay must be of original construction or show significant modification to the original materials. At least 75% of your costume must not have been purchased.

Here are some other important things to keep in mind when applying and creating your cosplay!

• All contestants must be arrive to the J-Pop stage at the Sakura Matsuri Festival at 1:30pm. There will be some time ahead of time to change if needed but please select that option in the form.
• No specific character music, videos, or skits will be allowed during your performance, it will be music provided by our on site DJ.
• You must be able to enter and exit the stage and maneuver freely in your costume without assistance unless medically necessary. We will also ask you about any accommodations you may need to compete successfully in the application process.
